Technology

Raw materials used in the industry is generally polyethylene. Polyethylene is widely used in our daily life, kitchen appliances, food storage containers, plastic bags, etc. Examples of various applications of this polymer is today. This polymer due to physical and chemical properties are well maintained with sanitary requirements of food and drinking water compatible.

Rotational Molding

Rotational molding is a process for the production of hollow plastic parts. In this process, at minimal cost, with minimal waste production are Pychbdh forms. This process consists of four steps:

Fill out the form (Loading)

At this point the mold to form the finished product is designed to be opened and the desired amount of polymer material in powder form or liquid is poured into molds.

Heating (Molding)

After closing the mold, the car started to work and mold rotates around two axes perpendicular to each other inside the oven. Polymer melt temperature is within the mold and begins to melt and the adhesion molecules stick to the walls of the mold.

Cool (Colding)

At this stage, spinning into the mold cooling. Cooled by the air stream or spray form, the polymer inside it cools and forms the final piece.

Off-loading (Unloading)

At this point the car moves Stands final piece of the open half of the mold is removed.
